Research Overview:
I have been developing integrative (Systems Biology) ‘dry’ (Bioinformatics and Chemoinformatics) and ‘wet’ (Metabolome) platforms for drug discovery from natural products.
Education:
11 years (1993-BA-1997-Master-2001-PhD-2004) in the same Central South Univeristy ended with a Ph.D. degree from Prof. Yi-Zeng Liang.
Professional Experience:
I worked for Prof. Johann Gasteiger (University of Erlangen-Nurnberg), Prof. Pierre Baldi(University of California, Irvine), and Prof. Minoru Kanehisa (Kyoto University) before currently employed by Wuhan University.
